As a licensed aesthetician and integrative wellness practitioner, Keri weaves together nervous system support, energetics, and whole-body care. Every experience at Lotus is designed with intention, warmth, and deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms.

Keri is also the author of The Quantum Beauty Method, a nervous-system-based approach to radiance and well-being. Copies of her book will be available for optional purchase that evening at the event.

Shannon

Heart-Centered Guide · Transformational Resilience Coach · Author

Shannon is a heart-centered guide and Certified Transformational Resilience Coach who supports emotional regulation, clarity, and inner steadiness. Her work is rooted in helping people feel safe enough to soften without pressure, performance, or fixing.

Drawing from HeartMath-informed practices, lived experience, and trauma-aware coaching, Shannon offers gentle structure and compassionate presence throughout the evening. Her role is to help participants settle into their bodies, reconnect with their hearts, and move through the experience at their own pace.

Shannon believes healing happens not by force, but by creating the conditions where the nervous system can finally exhale.

Melody

Sound Healing Practitioner · Guide for Deep Rest

Melody is a certified sound healing practitioner who guides gentle, multi-instrument sound journeys designed to support deep relaxation and inner stillness.

Her work focuses on helping the nervous system settle through vibration, tone, and rhythm. Melody creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere where people can rest, listen, and reconnect with their body’s natural pace.

She believes the body holds its own wisdom, and that sound can help open the space for that wisdom to be felt and integrated without effort or expectation.

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or arrive any certain way. You’ll be met exactly as you are.
