Set everything down for an evening. Be held in a warm, heart-centered space as gentle sound and guided reflection invite your body to soften and your mind to rest.
Date: Saturday, February 21 · 4:00–6:00pm
Location: Lotus Evolutions Wellness · Scottsdale, AZ
Small, intimate circle — limited to 12 participants for a deeply personal experience.

You don’t need experience with meditation or sound healing to be welcome here. This gathering is simply an invitation to rest, exactly as you are.
If your thoughts feel busy or you’ve been carrying a lot mentally, this evening offers a way to slow down without needing to try harder or do anything right.
If you’re moving through something tender or simply feeling more sensitive lately, this space welcomes all of you. Nothing to explain. Nothing to fix.
If you’re curious about sound healing or drawn to a gentle, heart-centered experience, this gathering offers a calm place to explore at your own pace.
Across this unhurried 90-minute experience, you’ll be invited into a sequence that gently supports your nervous system — without pressure to share or perform.
A soft arrival and brief orientation to help you settle
Gentle grounding to support comfort and ease
An immersive sound journey using crystal bowls, chimes, and voice
Moments of quiet reflection and silence
Time to integrate, journal, or simply rest
You’re welcome exactly as you are — whether you arrive chatty, quiet, tired, or unsure. There’s nothing you need to do or get right. Your only invitation is to get comfortable and let the sound support you.
A greater sense of grounding in your body and breath
A softening of mental noise or overthinking
A gentle clarity around something you’ve been holding
A feeling of being quietly accompanied, not alone
A subtle sense of resourcing for the days ahead
Every nervous system is different. We can’t promise a specific outcome — but we can promise a carefully held, heart-centered space where rest is welcome.
Soundbaths use gentle tones and vibration to support the nervous system in settling naturally.
Slow, repetitive sound patterns can support your brain in shifting toward more relaxed states.
Vibration and tone can cue your body’s “rest and digest” response, inviting muscles and breath to soften.
Continuous tones give the nervous system something steady to rest into, easing the effort of constant alertness.
We don’t treat or diagnose; we simply aim to create environments that many people experience as calming, regulating, and clarifying.
This evening is also informed by heart-focused practices, including principles from HeartMath™.
When the heart and nervous system move into a more coherent rhythm, calm often follows
Heart-focused awareness can support emotional balance and inner steadiness
Gentle attention to the heart helps the body feel supported rather than pushed
This is not about fixing or optimizing yourself — it’s about creating space where the heart can settle and lead.
This evening is held by three guides who bring complementary forms of care — sound, presence, and grounded support — woven together to create a steady, welcoming space.
Each guide plays a distinct role in supporting the experience, and you’re invited to learn more about them below.

Founder of Lotus Evolutions Wellness and a longtime wellness guide devoted to creating spaces that honor the body’s innate intelligence. Keri holds the physical environment with warmth, intention, and care, offering a grounded foundation for the evening.

Heart-centered guide and resilience coach who supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and inner steadiness. Shannon brings HeartMath™-informed practices and a compassionate presence to help participants feel safe, supported, and at ease within themselves.

Sound practitioner who guides gentle, multi-instrument sound journeys designed to support deep relaxation and inner stillness. Melody creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere where people can rest, listen, and reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms at their own pace.
Each participant will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of Keri’s book, The Quantum Beauty Method: A nervous-system-based approach to radiance, hormone balance, and ageless beauty, as a gentle take-home companion.
We’ve designed the space with softness in mind — from lighting and sound to how you’ll physically rest.
